  • 1 whole turkey breast bone-in and skin-on
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Turkey Breast

  • Start by rinsing the turkey breast and drying it with paper towels. This helps the tasty seasonings stick to the meat.

Step 2: Make the Marinade

  • Mix together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and salt in a bowl. This mixture will give your turkey breast its amazing flavor.

Step 3: Soak Up the Flavors

  • Put the turkey breast in a big plastic bag or a dish and pour the marinade over it. Close the bag or cover the dish and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight. This lets the turkey soak up all the delicious flavors!

Step 4: Get the Smoker Ready

  • While the turkey is marinating, get your smoker ready. Follow the instructions to set it up and choose your favorite wood chips for that smoky taste.
