Warm Smoker and Grill
Gather Ingredients
Add Olive Oil to Crock or Pot, simmer onions,garlic
Add and crush tomatoes, Add Chopped Pepper, let cook for a few minutes
Add Beans
Let this all simmer while opening can of tomato juice
Season Ground Beef, Make into a Ball, and Place in Smoker Above Pot of Chili
Smoke for about an hr, until meat reaches internal temp of 160 degrees
Pull Apart Ground Beef or Steak and put into chili
Add Noodles
Serve
