Instructions
Cook the Bacon:
Now, If you haven't read our guide to cooking bacon on the blackstone griddle, you should start there, it will take you through all the types you can choose and go very in depth on how to cook bacon
Heat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Lay the bacon slices on the griddle, ensuring they don't overlap.
Cook the bacon for about 4-5 minutes per side, flipping halfway through, until it reaches your desired crispness.
Transfer the cooked bacon to paper towels or a wire rack to drain excess grease.
Prepare the Bread and Ingredients:
While the bacon is cooking, prepare your bread slices by toasting them lightly on the griddle, if desired. I like mine lightly toasted, so it has just a bit of crunch on the outside of the bread.
Wash and slice the tomatoes into thick slices.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
